Each order is hand checked by a member of Team Bisu before it goes out the door to ensure you get the best! While we make every effort to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition, sometimes things could happen. If you discover a fault with the item(s) you have received, please take pictures of the defect and contact us right away.
How to exchange:

Step 2. Attach the the pictures of the defect.
Step 3. Include your name and order number in the email.
Step 4. As soon as we receive the email and approve the condition, we will work with you to replace your item or will refund 100% your order as fast as we can.
