ORDERING
- How can I pay for my order?

Bisu Bisu uses Paypal to securely process payments through credit cards, debit cards and Paypal accounts.

Yes! We accept major credit / debit cards via PayPal and NO PayPal account is required for checkout (except for a very few specific countries)

- Do I receive any confirmation for my order? 

Once we have received your order we will send a confirmation to your email address that you entered when placing your order. It is therefore important that you enter your real e-mail address when placing your order. Save this email in order to facilitate any contact with customer service. The order confirmation (receipt) also serves as a guarantee of proof of purchase.

We use the PayPal platform, so even if you used your credit / debit card, you’ll receive a confirmation from the PayPal team. Doesn’t seem right? Email us at support@bisubisu.com.

CANCEL/CHANGE YOUR ORDER
 Can I change my order?
Yes, you can change your order in the next 12 hours after you placed order. Our automated processes fill orders very quickly. If you forgot to redeem an offer code, we will be happy to check to see if it can be applied to your order. Contact us right away!

- Can I cancel a recently placed order?
Since our products are custom-made for each order, you cannot cancel your order. We are really sorry for the inconvenience.
- Can I add more products in my recently order?
If you wish to add products to your order after the order is placed, you must place a new order for the additional merchandise. We will do our best to ship these orders together upon request. At times, however,  depending on the circumstances, sometimes we will have to ship your order separately.
- Can other print my customizable design?

Any designs that you send us to print will be yours. We will not put it on sale anywhere.
